The GR20 is said to be Europe's toughest trail running across the spine of the Corsican mountains in France.

With extreme elevation gain, exposed ridges, and terrifying storms that roll in each day, this route pushed me to my limits. And yet, it was through the hard road that I arrived home - back to a sense of self.

Join me on this turbulent journey as I discover what it means to live out courageously and unapologetically, who I am inside.

The Padjelantaleden

The Padjelantaleden is a 140km trail in the north of Sweden, travelling from Kvikkjokk to Ritsem through the Padjelanta National Park, Swedens biggest protected area.

I did this hike across 7 days, although my plan quickly fell through after I realised this trail was as much about the people, than the natural landscapes!

This film will be edited at the end of the summer season.

In partnership with Macs Adventure and Trash Free Trails, I hiked this 62 mile trail from Melrose to Lindisfarne (Holy Island) in early summer as part of their 'Purposeful Adventures' campaign.

Along the way I enjoyed mixed weather and thought-provoking stories. It was a brilliant adventure!

As my first trail of the 2024 season, the Arran Coastal Way proved to have it all. At 65 miles, the trail offered me the chance to wild camp, stay at campsites, and use a hostel to avoid poor weather. Along the way I was able to experience the magic of Arran, and quickly fell in love with the raw beauty and wildlife.

Utah, USA

In March I headed across the pond to the USA for the first time. Invited by a lovely Patreon member, and Utah Valley University, this was a trip that saw me get down to the nitty gritty of how USA National Parks are run. I interviewed rangers and superintendents alike in order to find out what the future of parks might be in Utah and beyond.

This film will be edited at the end of the summer season.

A huge part of what I aim to do within WILD is to educate and empower. By shooting gear reviews that are authentic and honest I seek to debunk the trends and myths surrounding outdoors kit, reminding viewers that getting outside does not have to be overly complicated by expensive and shiney kit. Check out my channel for various review playlists, from backpacks to tents, jackets to boots.

I believe that playing an instrument and creating music is a fantastic way to express emotions and connect with the lands around us. For me, the handpan is my go-to tool of expression and this year I have taken the leap of sharing my musical story on YouTube.

I love making tips and advice videos as these are a brilliant way to arm viewers with practical ideas on how to get outside and active whatever their life circumstances. From picking hiking kit to building mental resilience, I aim to cover a broad spectrum of topics and actively engage with my audience to keep support relevant and up-to-date.

In November 2023 I had a dive accident in which I nearly lost my life. This traumatic experience knocked me back, but I am now in the process of rebuilding my trust and confidence, and exploring my potential within the underwater world.
